Actual number of fills depends on gun cylinder size, full charge pressure and pressure in depleted gun cylinder.  For example a 7 litre cylinder filled to 300 bar might be used for over 70 fills of a 200cc cylinder from 150 bar to 200 bar if none is wasted but realistically expect 50-55 fills before the charging cylinder is down to 200 bar and so needs topping up.
